I thought that it was funny when he called his dad smelly.I thought the book was boring at first. When he faced the first monster it got better. The book was so good I wanted to get the next one quick.

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan is about a boy named Percy Jackson. He is a half-blood. If you are a half-blood one of your parents is a Greek god and the other is a human. He goes to a special camp called Camp Half-Blood that protects half-bloods from monsters. Percy and his two friends go on an amazing adventure, and have to run a little errand for Zeus, Percy’s uncle. To find out what happens to Percy and his friends read The Lightning Thief. This is a great book and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in Greek mythology.

I think this book is great. My favorite part is when Percy finds out he is the son of Poseidon.

How would you react if you were Poseidon’s son who is being accused of stealing your Uncle Zeus’s master lightning bolt and about to cause World War III? Well if you reacted scared and nervous you must have felt just like Percy Jackson. Percy Jackson is a half-blood which means he is half human and half god. He gets sent by his father, Poseidon, on a journey to find the real thief of the lightning bolt. On this journey, Percy brings along his good friends Grover and Annabeth who will help him survive through monsters, traps, and tricks. Does Percy find the lightning bolt or does he start war? Or does he even make it out alive? Read The Lightning Thief by Rick Roidan to find out.

I read all the books and they are AMAZING! i like the part when they got stuck at the hotel, and they thought they were only there for a couple of hours but really they were in there for 5 days!

When I first started reading this book, I thought that it was a very boring book. However, I decided to continue reading since I already started. The book had so much suspense, and action, that I didn't want to put it down! My favorite part was when Percy's mother is trying to get him to the camp, by driving, when out of the blue, a lighting bolt thundered into the car and exploded. This book is very entertaining, and I recommend anyone to read it.
