The Clique is a book with 2 different points of view, Claire’s and Massie’s. Massie is the head of her clique. She is ultra popular and everybody loves her. But Claire is the total opposite; she has nothing designer, is middle class and she is not an only child. Fate brings the two together when Claire moves to Massie’s guesthouse because their fathers were “college friends”. Massie’s mother and father are desperate for the girls to be friends. Massie can’t believe her parents want her to become friends with someone who wears Gap overalls. Claire will not, under any circumstances, be friends with a stuck-up rich girl. I liked The Clique, it was a good book. Massie is a spoilt rich girl and almost everyone looks up to her while Claire is simple and not popular. I enjoyed the book alot and I'm reading the next book in that series. Other people should read The Clique to find out the ending.

I read all 9 books, and I have to say, they are pretty intense! From Westchester to Hollywood, and Claire... Claire started from loser with Old Navy Cargos, to Prada wearing Hollywood movie-star. Pretty crazy? I was so engrosed I felt like I was Massie, Alecia, Claire, Dylan, or Kristen! This book shows how teens will sacrifice almost ANYTHING, to be the Popular "IT" girl... This is the best book in the history of the earth! READ THEM ALL! I PROMISE, you will want to skip an amusment park trip, to read these books. They like aren't even books, they are like what's happening in your grade, jumping into words. SOOOO ah-mazing!
I've read all the books that have been published in this series. This person described the book pretty well. My least favorite part is when massie makes claire feel bad about not being rich on the limosene ride to school. Her responce to, "do we like her?" was a thumbs down. I thought it was rude. but over all, the series is really good.

I think more girls should read these books because they give great tips on boys, enemies popualrity, surviving middle school, and social life. Massie, Alisha, Dylan, and Kristen dislike Claire and Claire is trying her hardest to be part of the "Pretty Committee" with them. Will the spoiled pre-madonnas become friends with a Ked-Loving girl? The Clique, Best friends For Never, Revenge of the Wanabees, Revenge of the Boy Snatchers, Pretty Comitee Strikes Back,Dial L for Loser, and It's not Easy being mean, are the best. Claire goes from Old navy cargos, to Prada wearing Movie-Star. This book is amazing as the popular girls rule the school. Even though in the first book, Claire is a loser, Massie makes her miserable. Will Claire be accepted popular into the exclucive clique? Maybe one day...

I loved the book Clique. But the spoiled brat look got her a bad image. I liked it when Claire became friends and when Massie found out that Laynes brother was Cam. At the end Masie and Claire became sort of friends when their dads started singing, " Hundred of bottles of beer on the wall" and they both hid under the table because they were so embarassed.

This book is my favorite book. I'm already on the third one in the series! This book is filled with drama and gossip and just school problems. My favorite part of this book is when a new girl Claire comes to OCD (a school were the clique goes). Claire has to live with Massie Block but unfortunatly they become enemies. Then through out the book they start to get used to each other. This is good since there living together! Another part that I like is when Claire finally finds a friend named Lyene. They become really close, and stick together through everything! i think more people should read this book because it can also give you good advice.

This book is about four girls that have a clique. A clique is a group of girls who don’t leave each others side. They are such a team. My favorite part was when Massie was eating dinner and her friend was getting her eyebrows waxed but would not do it with out Massie. Massie could not leave because their friends had just moved from Florida and Massie did not like her . The bad part was that Claire and her family were going to be staying in Massie’s guest house. Later on in the book you will notice that Massie trys as hard as she can to ignore Massie but also later on in the book you will discover a very interesting secret.

Claire and her family are staying in Massie’s guesthouse, until they buy a house. Massie, Claire, Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan are starting 7th grade. Claire tries to get into the clique but Massie won’t let her. Massie gets whatever she wants when she wants it. Massie is the leader of the clique. Alicia is sneaky and insults people. I loved this book! It was very funny at some parts. My favorite charcter was Claire. My favorite part was when Clarie was trying to get back at Massie for being so mean to her.

This book is about 4 girls who want to have a Halloween party and there names are Massy, Kristen, Alicia, and Dylan. But they can’t have this party unless they invite Claire, which they are not willing to do. By the way Claire moved from Florida but they tell about that in the first clique series book. Massy has to make up a plan to be friends with Claire and still does not like that. But she does something on the day of the party and makes a pretty hard deal with Claire. Find out when you read the book what happens next.

I read this book and the entire series! This book was really good. i like Massie alot more than Claire. Massie is more mature and less weird. I think it would be fun to be in their clique. Alicia is my favorite character because she seems pretty but nice unlike Massie. I wish i lived in Massies house because it is huge!

I think that in the next book,Best Friends For Never, Massie will turn out to become very good friends with Claire. Even though she was really mean in this book towards the end, it seemed as if she learned her lesson. Also, Massie only thinks about herself because when Claire moved in she only thought about her reputation and not about how Claire felt.

I loved this book it was really amazing and Iloved the part when Massie gets jealous at Alicia. This series needs trust and confidence too. I've read alot of these kind of books and the one I'm reading now is the Invasion Of The Boy Snatchers.I think it's like a real life problem that all teenagers go through if you have a clique like Massie.

The Clique was a moving book with lots of laughs, excitement, and drama. Girl would love this book, I also loved it! This book is the first to the many books in the series. I never wanted to put down this book. My favorite part was at the beginning it is fun to read about to different points of view. One who rides 1st class and one who rides middle class. I loved the beginning because of the characters. When Massie found out that a poor family is going to move into her guest house she was upset, knowing it would be bad on her rep. On the other hand Claire was happy and peppy, not knowing the real side of Massie Block! The Clique is one of the best books a teenage girl can read, and do not forget to read the rest of the series!

The Clique is about a girl named Massie she is one of the popular girls along with her friends Dylan Marvil, Alicia Rivera, and Kristen Gregory, but this one girl is entering Massie’s life uninvited her name is Claire. Claire’s dad is Massie’s dad’s friend and Claire’s family (Brother Todd, and Mom and Dad) doesn’t have anywhere to live so they move their way into the Block’s guesthouse. Massie really hate’s the whole idea of them living with them well in the guesthouse. All this is happening in the summer before school starts, and Massie loves going horse-back riding and she is sooo crushing on a anonymous guy named Chris he’s been in jail a few times she met him by saying your on my private property. Well as things move Massie’s friend (not telling) tells Massie that she is poor not poor poor but lives in a apartment building, mind you all of Massie’s friends are rich their parents are filthy rich and live in huge houses. But Massie has to keep it on the down-low but…….

THE CLIQUE is a book about a group of pretty girls who are in a clique. There is Massie who is the leader of the group and Alicia, Dylan and Kristen part of the group. One day Massie’s father told Massie that his old friend’s family are coming over to live in their guest house for about a year. Massie was not excited then and especially not when they came they had a daughter named Claire a son named Todd and a Judi named Judi and his name was Jay. Massie and Claire do not get along at all, Massie is at the top of the todam pole and Claire is at the bottom. All Claire wants is to be in Massie’s clique. Will Claire ever be in Massie’s clique? Read the book to find out.

i loved the clique.I thought that Massie was a little stuck up and rude but the book also showed her other kinder sweeter side.I would say my fav thing about the book is how the romanace and fights between the Briarwood boys and OCD girls is always heating up!i cant wait to finish the series!!!!!!

I love these books. I have almost every line memorized and I know everything about them. They are very adictive but fun and easy to read.
