Alice McKinley is your ordinary seventh grader who worries if she will fit in, in school. She is discovering puberty and all the other changes that are going on in her body. She does not like junior high at all until her friend gives the idea of setting a goal for herself. Alice set a goal to try to get along with everyone in school. But that goal gets crushed when Denise, the bully is after her. She then realizes that she’s not the only one with problems in her family.
