WHATEVER HAPPENED TO JANIE?

I read the second book in the series, The Face on the Milk Carton. The first book is about a girl named Janie who sees her face on a milk carton at lunch that says a 3 year old year was kidnapped at a mall in New Jersey. My favorite part is when Janie lives with the New Jersey family. The New Jersey family to Janie feels like strangers but when she decides to move back with the family she lived with most of her life. She starts missing the New Jersey family but she is happy that she is back with the family that she lived with for most of her life. This book starts with Janie trying to look for her New Jersey family with her boyfriend, Reeve. Once she gets to New Jersey, Janie sees a red bearded father, a red headed mother, boy, girl, and twins. Are they Janie’s real family?
